I have all the triumphs for the Harbinger title except for the Lunar Rover collections badge. I am only missing the dream breaker fusion rifle, but no matter how many times I go to get the horned wreath for the quest, the wizard Eh'rath'Ur will not spawn. I've tried over and over and have the specific quest step for the essence of servitude to get it. Is there something I'm missing?
