Can’t interact with Failsafe
She’s blank when I walk up to her and won’t let me give her cookies/grab bounties.

I know this is too late and probably you already know this but...Failsafe is not accessible if there are fallen / mobs just outside the entrance. Clear them and she can be interacted.
