Bought Braytech Transponder and the item is not on my inventory
Last week i was doing the augment for the first time. Everything was going well, i was destroying the last drones and suddenly the light in my apartment went off. When i got back into the game i couldn't buy another braytech transponder - which i think it's absurd - for the week.
So this week i finally decided to try it again. Bought braytech transponder, went to the eclipsed zone and i couldn't find the scanner, searched everywhere but simply couldn't find it.
Went to variks again thinking i could be mistaken and didn't bought any braytech transponder at all. When i got back to variks i found that i couldn't buy another...went to my inventory and the item simply wasn't there.
I'd like to have a solution for this. It's a pretty long triumph and without having the blame i already missed 2 weeks of it.

9 RepliesThere is no physical item when purchasing the Transponder; you should see it as a buff to the left of your character in the menu. The Scanner Vandal can spawn around the middle Vex structure or further off to the north of that area. Make sure to check all around for it.

It’s not something that goes in your inventory. It’s just an automatic buff. If the scanner guy isn’t down by lost sector, check further out on the big sheet of ice area towards far end of area.

2 RepliesI had the same issue after I picked it up this week. Nothing shows up in your inventory (why???) and if you leave the game after picking it up, then you have no idea it's even active, other than Variks won't sell you another one. What you need to do is look for a yellow bar usually invisible Fallen with the pale yellow thing over his head and his cohorts. I found him near the entrance to the Asterion Abyss lost sector last night. You may have to wait a bit before he shows up and it may not be exactly there.

I've found you may need to reload the zone if the vandal isn't showing up.
