When transmog comes out, I really hope we can apply lower tiered (title) armor as well as legendaries. Some of the w/g/b armor is actually really cool imo and I would love to see this as an option instead of just purples.

6 RepliesI can almost guarantee that transmogrification is not going to be what we all want. They most likely are going to make it so you have to destroy an item to make your item ook like the destroyed one, make it cost a metric ton of materials, or set it so only ornaments can be used. I've never seen an implementation of any feature that did not make you work hard, play long hours, or pay real money for.

Well, they did say it would be "anything" in our collections. So we'll see how much of that is true.
-
Idk why, but this idea is speaking to me on a spiritual level.. Time to fork my silver over to put that ‘not-scarf’ on my hunter
-
I agree. I almost never put on anything lower than a purple but I will admit some of that lower level gear has some good looking designs.
-
Transmogrification will most likely cost silver or bright dust. If that's the case, I'll probably just stick to cosmetics. I already have some that are pretty nice looking.

7 RepliesSo can someone enlighten me about this transmog, its suppose to be a tool that would make you use the gear look you own in collections to apply on the gear you use right? Sooo who the -blam!- even cares? Especially if its gonna require you use bright dust or silver, just use the eververse ornaments and be done with it. Like for real who the -blam!- cares... I can see the appeal if it was free but using hard earned currency on a look you already own? Now thats just dumb. I would use the dust on new eververse sets instead.
-
No, you
-
Anything in your collections can be used for transmog.

3 RepliesTransmog would be a lot cooler if there where other outfits you could wear besides class armor. A warlock wearing hunter gear would be neat. So would being able to wear npc armor sets.
-
Don't see any reason why they wouldn't implement it.
-
I would wear hunter capes without the hood

1 ReplyGood point, hopefully all armour will be ornaments. It does produce the question of pursuit of armour loot. It seems like all armour will be cosmetic going forward.
-
I will take the most stacked set I have and put the OG white start set in my transmog slot just to screw with people in raids.
-
yes we could make everything the basic year one armor perfect
-
The Hunter hood that has no cloak is my one of my favorites.
-
I hope we can do that too! Glad I’m not the only one that does like some of the lower tier armor sets.
-
That’s be cool. I want my black armory set back.
-
I’d be on board with this if we had blue sets from D1... blue sets in D2 are awful.
-
They did say all armor so...
-
for less silver yes, not at the same price of legendary
-
It's a good idea despite me never wanting to use it cause Warlock's rare armour and below is kinda trash ngl
-
Yeah I wanna use the hunter's dreamer cloak, I love it

Alright so that's an amazing idea and all, I agree with it fully but... I just want my revelry ornaments to be useable - so here's to hoping (You know, the glowing helmet ornaments?)

I’d love to transmog that capeless hood.
