I think a lot of people Forget Luke Smith was the Director for D2's Y1 two primary system and CoO
That's literally what we're dealing with right now, the guy who also okay'd EXP throttling in Y1 so players couldn't earn Bright engrams with pure in-game effort past the allotted 3. Ya hate to see it
