My clanmates and I (on Xbox) have been consistently feeling like the changes made to target acquisition for snipers have resulted in WILDLY inconsistent target acquisition. Having played this game for 6 years now, and almost always as a sniper in pvp, I know how it feels when I land a head shot. I know how it feels when I miss. I'm not the best sniper by any means, but I hold my own. Since the update and change to target acquisition, I have regularly felt like I have landed head shot that did not register. Additionally, I have felt like I missed completely, and still got the kill. Earlier today, I was 100% I landed a head shot, only to realize the guy was still alive. I took a video (in the link) and when you go frame by frame you can actually see that my crosshair is directly in the middle of the guys head when I pull the trigger. Bungie, please revert whatever changes you made, because this is obviously not working. Anyone else feeling this??
