Eramis never died?
So when you finish Beyond Light as you finish off Eramis, we never got to finish her heath, she still had a portion of heath left. And when she tried to use stasis against us, her stasis arm malfunctioned and froze her. Eramis may return in some future content.

1 ReplyI’d argue that she would’ve died of starvation or sleep deprivation, but apparently Stasis leaves stuff “frozen in time,” so I guess there’s really nothing stopping her from coming back except the Darkness itself.

Yes, the story even states as much. After she is frozen Variks says something along the lines of "She will return".

7 RepliesIn a different topic, the lore masters (who will undoubtedly show up here soon enough) discussed that Eramis was frozen because the Darkness chose us. We were deemed worthy, and she was rejected by the Darkness. She's super dead, despite what the Dark Priestess was trying to do.

Shes not dead. Not through any reason of plot or story, Bungie just needs a reason to re-use her assets since they can't make new enemies.

1 ReplyIdk what Bungie have in mind for Lightfall but it would be cool if this was an element of it (or something after). I can imagine checking the tent one day to find Taniks' head gone and then finding that Eramis-on-ice has disappeared too. Maybe Fikrul and his Barons in the mix.... I'd expect our alliance with Mithrax to get more spotlight in such a story.

1 ReplyI dunno about you, but her health bar read a pretty empty 0 to me. As for whether or not she returns, eh. Kind of doubt it, because she's really not that threatening compared to even Ghaul, who actually SUCCEEDED in his plans unlike Eramis who just stewed in anger until Variks decided to release the prisoners. I mean, sure, Riis-Reborn is cool, and House Salvation is technically formidable, but it fundamentally failed in almost every single goal it set out to do. She didn't even really stand a chance. Phylaks is also an uppity little shit who really, really should have taken one look at the Guardians exploits and at minimum gave begrudging respect instead of the laughable taunting she does.

Yeah. It was a pretty weak non-conclusion for the main BL story. Honestly, I think the main story of the DLC should've been focused on Clovis Bray.

I think she will get the Uldren treatment,one season we will get a random cutscene of the ice breaking around her and she starts to move and the screen cuts to black Then we will get random hints about her in the flavor text and lore of exotic ships or sparrows Then in witch queen she will come back ,weather she will still be a villain is up in the air,maybe being frozen for that long caused her to chill out(no pun intended) and be the friend she used to be to Variks ,or she could be even more pissed and still vow vengeance against the guardian and variks -
