Ahamkara Bone for Brephos III not showing.
I want to get my cursebreaker title and this week should be the ascendant challenge with Brephos 3. But when I go to the position where its located its not there. I 100% have not picked it up.

I am in the same boat. It was the last one I needed from Cimmerian Garrison. Now if they even patch it I'll have to wait months to get the last one. How does something that has been in the game this long just suddenly break?
