I don’t even think this is debatable. Nova Warp desperately needs a PvE buff. Scatter Grenades need both a PvP and PvE buff. Blink needs help anywhere it can get it. It’s that simple. Potential solutions: 1) Bring back Obsidian Mind. Give it a stacking perk that rapid multikills with Nova Warp give it a damage booster so that it could potentially be of somewhat use against majors and yellow bars. 2) Bring back Nothing Manacles. Surprised this hasn’t been brought back to be honest. Keep it the way it was with holding 2 scatter grenades instead of 1 and also tracking enabled on them. Maybe kills with the Scatter Grenade could reduce the cool down of the one previously just thrown. 3) Blink without Astrocyte Verse needs a buff. Who uses blink on Warlocks without these? Kinda pointless. Maybe add a new exotic that increases damage from all void sources after blinking.
