New Ornaments missing after purchasing them from Eververse?
So the new Dawning 2020 Universal Ornaments looked super dope, so I dropped some silver for fashion. Well, after I unlocked the ornaments from inventory (cementing my purchase), I went to go apply the new ornament to some of my favorite masterworked armor pieces. However the new ornaments were missing from the list. I could still see and apply universal ornaments that I had purchased previously from Eververse archive, but the event ornaments weren't available.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there some rule that I'm missing regarding new ornaments? Is this something to contact customer service about or am I just smooth-brain?

I believe you need to go to your inventory and either find the package somewhere in your consumables, or it is off to the side in or under where you check your engrams. I recall having to do something like that when I used my dust for the Solstice glows last season.
