I am also having the same problem, I have been checking for the past 4 days and it has only been Phogoth at the Altars of sorrw

Back in the Days, there where the VEX events on the moon and week to week the End-Boos for the Altars would have changed. That's how I remembered it. But now it's only Phogoth with Blasphemer ... Kinda annoying. And I don't know if it's a fricking Bug from Bungies side, or if it's now intended to get it from another source ... And nowhere it's clear how it's done ... It would be kinda nice if a Bungie Employee would respond to this topic.
