Still able to get Scatterhorn Armor?

Hello, haven´t played this game since Season of the Drifter and came back with Beyond Light, now i saw that the Cursebreaker Seal is still available to get and the only thing i need to complete it is the Scatterhorn Mark for the Titan. Is this still there or did it get Sunset? If it got Sunset, why is the Seal still there to get?
