Can't do dawning quests
i picked up the oven but i didnt get a quest to use it, ive restarted my game but theres nothing i can do with it to progress

I went to the first character ever created, and was able to make the cookie for zavala, went back to Ava and was able to get the quest and gain access to bounties. After switching back to the other character where I was only able to get the oven I could now get the quest and bounties.

1 Replyok everyone idk if this helps but after completing the questline until I got the ship on my alt, I switched to my main warlock who couldn't start the quest and all the steps until what I had finished on my alt was ready to be picked up by Eva.

The mats are account wide but using the mats without the quest on your bugged character will let you give it to Zavala but it wont progress the quest (cause you still dont have it) GG bungie

Same here, it doesn't work on either my Titan or Hunter but it does on my Warlock however I turned in the cookie and nothing is progressing at all so I'm just stuck in Limbo on every character.

2 RepliesI had the same issue as everyone else seems to be having. I resolved it by logging in on all 3 of my characters and finally on the third character I finally received the quest and first material’s to make the cookie for zavala. I hope this helps.

Same issue, got oven on titan and hunter, no ingredients it quest. Killing with someone who did get it yeids nothing either...

You have to do the first cookie on your first created character then its available on all... Not a good start Bungie.....

Having the same issue. Got the oven and no other prompts or gifts. 3rd Character - Warlock - I have the dawning sparrow equipped. I also have new light quest in progress which I can't delete. Eva did not have a quest only oven available. 2nd Character - Titan - No dawning related items equipped. no new light. Eva did not have a quest only oven available. 1st character - Hunter - first thing Eva gives me is the Dawning book with ingredients, Oven, and quest to gift Zavala.

Same, got the oven and relogged 3 times, nothing. No quests, no bounties, etc. So annoying. I know it's working for some people because I see them doing the quests. Such a freaking bummer to end 2020. Ugh.

Same Problem here got the Oven but no Quest. There are three things shown in the ovne but i don't have any of this. Restarting the game did nothing please help.

Eva is not even there for me. I've reloaded the entire game twice and restarted my console, still nothing. But Eververse is all good though...

Edited by CB508: 12/15/2020 5:58:16 PMI only got the initial quest on my hunter. My Warlock only got the oven without mats and my titan got the oven with mats. But both without a quest. I baked the cookie for Zavala and got no quest from Eva on my titan. Absolutely buged... Edit: I got the mats on my hunter, not on my titan. So no quest, no mats on titan and Warlock. Just the oven.

1 ReplyI also cannot start the DAwning quests. My Hunter, which I have used for 75% of my playtime in Destiny 2, got the oven but no quest to start the Dawning activities. No Dawning drops from mobs either.
