Hi there. It's a known issue that the Prophecy Triumphs are currently not appearing. You will unlock this Triumph and receive the Ghost Shell retroactively in a future update when this issue is resolved.

The Cottontail ghost shell is claimed from the solo prophecy triumph it is not rewarded directly
