I’m in love with heritage slug shotgun
I got a hammer forge accurized slideshot killingwind roll and I am literally in love.
This thing is so crispy. Forget chaperone, this one has icarus mod lol
And I can’t get called a ape for using it because it requires skill and aim to kill. And I’m on warlock

Assault mag + Reconstruction + recombination is what I’m looking for for PvE. Pro tip btw, if you use Rage of the Warmind (adds solar damage to the explosion of Warmind cells) kills with Warmind cells count as energy weapon kills for Recombination

I prefer slugs I haven’t played pvp in a while and they just feel good Its not hard to aim at a head and shoot so its nice having almost max range

Accurized, slide, rampage, fluted barrel. With a range masterwork. That’s high handling, max range with slideshot. With the amount of aim assist on it, it is crazy good.... Now only if I was great with precision shotguns in PvP 😂🤦 Great gun indeed.

I've got reconstruction + thresh on mine. Don't have a PvP roll exactly but its crispy and I never used slugs before cause I suck with them super hard. Heritage and Bonechiller from Variks feel very good.

I think you misunderstand what a shotgun ape is. A person who can only get kills using a shotgun and will run across the map to get you with a shotgun is a shotgun ape. With that said, there's nothing wrong with using a shotgun. Doesn't matter if its felwinters or chaperone. There are no morals, just use whatever is fun for you

1 ReplyHonestly, they did an outstanding job with raid loot overall. With the exception of the sword, all other weapons have utility in both PVE and PVP.

Heritage is our strongest base damage slug shotgun it does twice as much per hit as succession in base and precision without recombination or rampage on succession
