3rd Character - Warlock in this case - Can't Acquire Empire Hunts from Variks/Doesn't have the Exo Challenge Pinnacle Available
Title explains my current issues on my 3rd character. I can't see the Exo-Challenge on my screen (screenshot posted in imgur link) or I can't pick up Empire Hunt bounties from Variks (screenshot posted in imgur link). I have completed the campaign. I have no quest in my quest log, and there is nothing from Variks. I have completed all of the Europan Collector quests for armor.
Any help would be appreciated.
