Because this 140 handcannon you slapped the word 'Hawkmoon' on, isn't Hawkmoon. This was a complete redesign of the gun. Why didn't you just come up with a different name and skin? And seriously? Randomized rolls? You just created an exotic that is better depending on if the drop was lucky. Complete insanity. Edit: holy crap guys, I'm not complaining about the gun being bad.
