Cross Save Issues

Trying to find out what's the best solution for this problem besides, not being able to play my characters on my ps4, on my xbox. When setting up cross save it looks like I may have picked my xbox account I was linking as the one with my characters(which would be my ps4). Under my account it says my xbox is the active account with no characters. From reading I'm hoping my only option isn't to disable cross save and have to wait 90 days to properly link back the accounts. I also bought silver recently so that's another two months (it stated) I have to wait to even be able to disable cross save. That's essentially half a year, I have the new xbox series x, so this would be very disappointing. Thanks for any help or advice

  • Hi there. Looking at your profile, you have your PlayStation characters set as the Active Account, which seems like what you want. Are you not seeing your PlayStation characters when playing?
