Just a heads up, if you convert your destiny version to the PS5 version, you can no longer use PS4 controllers, this includes, 3rd party (scuff or Xim4 set up)

Finally. Been looking for info on this for weeks. Thanks! Been waiting on my PS5 to arrive and needed to know if I'll have to ditch my C40. Good thing my replacement sticks just came in.. SMH lol

It is a little ridiculous that a 4 or 5 year old game suddenly becomes a ps5 game with an update. But ok. Can you still choose to run the ps4 version on your ps5 at least? Whoever makes an adapter to hook up ps4 controllers on ps5 is going to make a good profit. What a dumb, customer unfriendly thing to impose by playstation. Freedom to choose will always be the right choice.

2 RepliesNo workarounds?

People who bought the PS5 should have known this anyways since Sony specifically said there would be no Ps4 Controller support for PS5 Games. So... Therefor it's your fault if you didn't know that ahead of time.

Hah, get reckt. In all seriousness the dualsense is awesome

2 RepliesJust curious. Why would you want to anyway? I love the new controller.

Yeah, I think that’s because now it is considered a PS5 game, and Sony won’t let you use PS4 controllers w/ PS5 games.
-
You can't use PS4 pads in any PS5 game, you could before as it was still a PS4 game running in back compat, Sony have said this before.
-
Yeah cos it’s ps5 version.
