Massive screen-tearing on ps4 pro
The screen is completely stuttering in every menu and in the game itself. Its nearly unplayable. Why dont you test your damn patches?
Edit: Reset your Video-Settings in Destiny 2 menu by pressing square (PS4) or X (on Xbox). You maybe have to repeat it after every Login or Character-Change.

Best guess, they uncapped the frame rate to play with ps5 users new 60fps and 120 in crucible. Looks great on my sons ps5... Its a mess on my ps4 pro, frames are all over the place. Its a vsync issue.

I haven't had this issue on my ps4 pro, I believe it's 100% updated. Just me?

Same, big time screen tearing specifically at the lower half of screen. I started panicking my graphics card or 500 dollar monitor was going bad. I’m relieved and disappointed to hear this is a widespread issue. I played lastnight and this wasn’t a thing. Lol

2 RepliesHello. Users having issues with screen tearing and perf on consoles should try the following below in the mean time: • Within Destiny 2, go to Settings > Video and choose “Reset to Default” • This will force FOV/Vsync settings to the intended console defaults

Brand new PS4 Pro bought it yesterday. Massive screen tearing/Jittering and input lag. Menus lagging. Vomit inducing trying to acquire targets. The game is simply unplayable like this. This is a: Take the game offline and fix it problem. I’ve uninstalled it until there’s a fix.
