HELP! can't access my old account from xbox one to new xbox series X
Howdy. I had a Guardian I quit playing in 2015. I am trying to cross play my old account to my new xbox series x and it says I do not have a account. when I log in to bungie.net my old account wont show up! Like I said I quit playing in 2015. Anyone have any advice?

If you mean you're trying to use Cross Save, that is not applicable to what you're trying to do. Cross Save is for using your characters from one platform, on other platforms, like Xbox characters being used on PlayStation. If all you're doing is going from Xbox One to Series X, you just need to install the game on the new console, and sign in with the same Xbox profile, and you should be able to pick up right where you left off. You can even go back and forth between the two consoles.

1 ReplyYou need to link the Bungie account to the account that you played on with your old character. And the account on the new X box needs to be that old account, or a new account linked to the Bungie account.
