Hi All. I've been playing Destiny 2 for a few months now with no issue. As of a few days ago, the game has had a constant issue: 1. The game visuals will initially freeze. 2. After about 20 seconds, the game will crash to desktop. 3. There's no error code. I used to be able to play for hours with no issue. However, now its at a point where it is freezing maybe every 20 minutes. I can load into Gambit or a Strike and play a round of two, but it will eventually freeze/crash. So far I have tried: - Updating GPU driver. - Updating Windows. - Setting video settings to low. - Running Destiny 2 as administrator. - Setting Destiny 2 as high priority. - Setting Destiny 2 to use dedicated GPU. - Verifying local files on Steam. - Uninstalling and reinstalling Destiny 2. - Resetting computer. - Disabling 'shaders' in Nvidia control panel. Does anyone else know how I can fix this issue? I have spent hours looking at similar errors online but none of the suggestions seem to assist. Game loads and runs fine, FPS is okay when game works. - I've never used DXDIAG before but I gave it a go: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/bNhDbv76Qt/ - I also tried Microsoft Event Viewer, which got an error of 'RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64' for chrome.exe, about 5 minutes before Destiny 2 crashed.
