So as you can see from the screenshot, when I go to the oracle in The Orrery, the oracle is not there and it just shows "Temporary Access Block". Is this suppose to happen? Cause when I went to the other two lost sectors, the oracles were there and I could scan the oracle and defeat the enemies while also gaining progress for the quest step. Only the oracle in The Orrery aint showing up.
