If it's so strong why does it have 4 fragment slots? As opposed to the hunters 2 and titans 3. Think about that real quick, If shade binder was strong as people say it is, it would not have as many fragment slots, because these fragments boost the classes overall effectiveness to compensate for the heavy-handed nerf. Not only that. Its man shtick is FREEZING, which now it can hardly do this as effectively, not to mention the freeze time on warlock stuff should be BETTER, because the titan does pretty good at shattering but for some reason Reavenant excels at slowing as well as freezing and shattering, all with its neutral game. There's a reason why the majority of pvp streamers are gaining hunters right now instead of the other to classes... Take a few minutes to think about that. If they were balenced... then each one would have 3 slots. Each class would excel at the one thing they were advertised to do in their midgame, while still being slightly effective at the other two.
