Getting random hitches. I thought my video card was at fault, because i saw it dropping frequency every time the game would hitch, but when I locked the frequency and voltage, i had the same exact hitches, and it only happens in destiny. Game will randomly drop to 1 fps for about a second. Happens most often mid-kill. Almost like the game is out of sync with the physics server and thus trying to regain sync, but somehow causing the game to freeze briefly as a result. Internet connection is rock solid. Destiny is literally the only thing having issues. Have tested numerous games, both online and offline, as well as Blender Rendering, etc. DxDiag - https://pastebin.com/jrzMjLfz
