Just got a nvme SSD and did a fresh windows 10 install and and fresh Destiny 2 install and my low FPS issue is still there. Bungie can we get an update? Its been 3 weeks and the game is still unplayable. I bet if a bunch of the big streamers had this issue too it would have been fixed before the raid went live.
