Ok I’ll try to make this quick. I believe bungie should re introduce strange coins and specific exotic armor engrams. For those who don’t know in D1 Xur would sell specific exotic engrams for example arms where it would only be exotic arms when you purchase it, and you could keep purchasing it as long as you had enough strange coins. This would let us take some of the randomness out of just 1 fated engram granting you another low star roll aeon cult exotic. As for how the strange coins would be implemented they should be rewarded from Nightfalls (either Heroic or legend and above) and the higher difficulty the more rewarded for each characters first completion each week. They should be grindable after but at a much lower gain. For example a heroic would be +5 while a grand master would be +15 and repeating it after would be 2-5 depending on the difficulty. As for the second part of this posts title, I believe rather than always doing a new season every 3ish months there should be at least on loot season every year where bungie just drops new exotics and legendaries rather than content that dries up super quickly. This would give us more loot to chase and more reason to grind the game. I’d personally love it if Icebreaker came back as well of grasp of malok, but it doesn’t just have to be returning weapons new ones should be included to.
