INSIGHT TERMINUS STRIKE INCOMPLETABLE!!! FIX BUG ASAP

I got loaded into the strike obviously right after a frustrated player left this strike because it is unplayable. I've had to leave this strike [u]EVERY TIME[/u] Kargan stays at the terminal indefinitely and you cannot finish this strike! Fix these bugs please.
