Stasis champion kills needs to be chamion tags
Im sure people will be trolls but honestly im tired of running 8 night falls to get 10 stasis champion kills, bungee please for the love of god make it stasis tags instead

As a hunter I'm actually unable to get these kills, I've done 8 nightfalls today and haven't achieved even 1. It's pissing me off.

You can cheese this step in a strike.

I get them done quick in solo nightfalls.

Equip your white rarity class finisher on stasis subclass, it counts as a stasis final blow

1 ReplyAs expected there have been trolls and i have this to say has nothing to do with laziness and everything to do with time, there is a lot of grind this expansion and having things not count because you didnt get that last microsecond of dmg is frustrating, especially when you end up running 7 nfs to do it and trust me i threw everything i could at each champion, as for the finisher comment everyone keeps saying, most people who dont live on reddit wouldnt know that, and therefore are struggling, plus not all of us have the time to get to 1250+ light lvl in the first two weeks, so it makes all of these fixes useless. Also if it needed to be stasis finishers the quest should say that and not rely on outside knowledge from the community, its lazy and poorly implemented, same with the stasis super kills on hunter, given that squal is a dot i dont always get credit when people go ham on my super targets and long story short its a pain in the ass and a time sink for no reason Also you cant use a finisher on an enemy that some swords to death before the finisher icon pops up k thanks

With a hunter it's a damn nightmare, Supers only any good for killing red bar enemy's at best

Isint it great -blam!-ing over your blueberries to finish dumb things faster. It only take two or three nf if you make sure your blueberries don’t get any.

2 RepliesHello, I had these same sentiments, but a quick look on reddit and finishers excluding headbutt and warmind javelin while atasis subclass is equipped counts as one. Go in solo to a 1250 rinse repeat solo.

Even better.... remove the stupid champion stasis kill altogether. Just more pointless BS that doesn't need to be there.

8 RepliesUse finishers. Problem solved. When I get this step, I queue up the 1250 NF solo, and find the first champion in the encounter, weaken and then finish it, and reload. 10 Champs done in 30ish minutes.

Do it alone on 1250, kill the first champion, then jump off the map and rally a pub event flag, and repeat.

5 RepliesIt really is a pain to get done, but the good news is you only have to do it 3 times at most as there are only 6 Fragments to get. I doubt it will change. If you want it to feel like you are not wasting time, do Wrathborn Hunts, then do nightfalls to charge your lure.

1 ReplyDo you have to do them in the nightfall? If not they have champions on the moon. One in the gateway to the GoS raid, one in the phogath chamber and two on the right side of chamber of bones.

I've been doing the finishers to get the kills, however it seems every NF has one if not both teammates trying to insta-sword kill any champions. It's great for NF progress so I can't blame them, but it makes getting the 10 kills incredibly painful.

It'll be swell if they had energy weapons doing stasis damage. They have do already have an exotic grenade launcher doing stasis damage.

6 RepliesBest advice, hit them with a stasis ability, then weaken then with your weapon and use a finisher. You do have to damage them with stasis though, otherwise it won't count towards stasis kills. Also you team kills with stasis or using the above method count for you as well so long as you deal some stasis damage before they kill them

1 ReplyI feel your pain. Just did a NF, and killed over half the Champions, and only got 2. Same problem with the Rifle kills Fragment quest. Get dozens of kills to only have 2-3 drop is ludicrous. I get it's supposed to be padded, but come on.
