Game2Give Email + codes
So i donated $50 and haven't gotten an email with the code to redeem?
is this a bungie sided issue or something to do with the fact i cross-saved maybe?
Would really like a quick fix/update on what's happening, it's an expensive emblem after all

I have the same issue, i ve found that link bellow and there is some instruction about what to do if there is a problem with that email not received. i reply to them and waiting for answer.. this is the text and link : For donors who have made donations that total at least $25: it's possible your attempted transaction was not successful or was declined. If you received a donation receipt to acknowledge that the transaction was in fact successful, please email a copy of your receipt to our team at game2give@bungie.com for further assistance. https://game2give.helpwise.help/ game2give@bungie.com

Did you got a confirm of donation msg you claim the reward from there your not get a email for the code

Contacted bungie with proof of donation and they sent me to the forums. Looking in forums alot of people never got their rewards from the event last year either, they either got no email at all or got sent an invalid code/link. Would be great if bungie actually offered some help to people for once instead of sending us all to forums, they honest to god have the worst customer support ever.

When did you donate? It takes a while for Bungie to send out the codes so that may be why
