Have there been any updates with regards to this? Im down 20-30 fps since BL dropped. Other games unaffected. Tried the entire checklist above.
Something in the game has to be bugged.

Destiny machine broke. Sorry man I’ve been coming here with hopes for an update but nothing so far. They mentioned on Twitter that they are looking into it.
