Five times now I have gotten exotic engrams with 0 power. And when I open them I get nothing, they just disappear. I don't know why it is like this or how to solve the problem. Have anyone had the same issue or know how to fix it? Tried to farm exotic legs in lost sector, and when I got to tower 3 out of 4 exotic engrams was at 0 power. Recived 2 exotic engrams with 0 power at random before that. So a total of 5 engrams. Losing so many exotics to nothing, it is tragic.
