Toland is not currently showing up in Ascendant challenge
A few people on reddit (including myself) have noticed Toland isn't in the Ascendant Realm, which makes today's bounty (challenge: the shattered) impossible to complete. Just thought I would mention it!

I wanted to do that bounty today and checked this week's ascendant challenge (Forfeit Shrine ascendant, Gardens of Esila location) but no Toland there. I watched at least 5 videos to help me find him but in my instance even the tree wasn't there where I have to find him.

I am encountering the same issue. New to the Dreaming City so assumed it was me just not finding him, but after completing the Shattered Ruins Ascendant Challenge 4 times and never seeing Toland, I think he just is not spawning.

I'm having the exact same problem, can't find him on any of his usual spawn spots. Even when I checked day later, still no luck.
