Use a Cronus zen, you can connect any controller or keyboard mouse
But I don’t no if it’s compatible with ps5 at the moment

I’m not on about mod as far as know that device allows you to use say Xbox controller on a PS4 or others, if you want to use the mod packs that’s up to that person’s choice

Pc players get banned for injecting code into the games actual files. And even that is rare. Thats not even possible on console.

Its plug and go from a third party. It goes against tos. There was specifically a streamer himself and a few clan mates got banned for using a xim on pc.

Maybe if you stream yourself using Cronus, you might get banned. And thats a big maybe. But right now I cant imagine Bungie has the tools to detect Cronus through software. Bungie struggles enough with detecting injections.

There's a possibility that could be considered cheating and be detected by future anti-cheat detection. Cronus sells products that allow modification of rate of fire and automatic functions. While I don't think they can currently detect such systems, and anti-cheat is generally a joke, it's possible using a Cronus product could bite him in the future. Better advice would be to invest in a custom controller like Scuff, which only affects button assignment or sensitivity. If he has a substantial injury or disability like carpal tunnel syndrome, getting a conroller that suits him best for the next five years is worth the money. Just playing devil's advocate and erring on the side of caution.

Yeah I no it can do that but you don’t have to program it to do it, it could be just used for changing the controller And yeah that’s probably what players are using to cheat with the right game packs
