Bungie, let me buy upgrade modules
So apparently today I'm not allowed to infuse anything because upgrade modules require 2 vaulted mats that spider isn't selling??? What kind of backwards game design is this?

4 RepliesIt boggles the mind that they can't have one Vendor Slot for Sunset Materials and keep the Other Vendor Slot for Currently available Materials. Good thing Bungle isn't in charge of the World Economy.

Careless design. One that didn’t factor the impact it would have on new players into the equation. Allowing the possibility that you’d have a day where they only way to infuse is to spend two DEAD currencies...and ones you can’t even get from Spider in exchange for obtainable ones? Unacceptable and kind of an inexcusable oversight. Since they knew they were vaulting these locations six months ago.

Maybe Bungie have done this so people will use up their stocks of bright dust and buy concentrated matter gems from Eververse.

15 RepliesYou have several options: 1. Restock your stack of 25 on days when you can purchase Upgrade Modules from Banshee 2. Equip a Modularity (Vanguard/Crucible/Gambit) mod in your Ghost to find Upgrade Modules from playlist activities 3. Use a Concentrated Mattergem from Eververse for a chance of finding an Upgrade Module when defeating bosses

Stop requiring vaulted mats for upgrade modules and glimmer. Not everyone has these mats.

That's why we're getting copies of vaulted weapons just with a higher power cap, because they vaulted them in a hurry without even thinking in having enough gear to replace them and that's also why the game is full of bugs since BL launch. As before, lot's of promises, lot's of well crafted promotional videos but in the end we're worse than last year. It's more and more a game for streamers and youtubers who play it 24/7.

2 RepliesThis. A thousand times this! This is the second day in a row I'm stuck either choosing to be lower power or lower stats and mod slots. Banshee should always be selling at least one module for planetary materials that are still acquirable. This is so extremely frustrating. Spider should also have two options for buying glimmer with one of them always being for materials still acquirable.

They said those mats will expire end of this season .. They never said they would make them available through spider

Came here to report the same thing. I just got into D2 as of the new light campaign and now for two days in a row I can’t buy a single upgrade module? Terrible planning, frustrating experience.

Yeah, just went to Banshee and saw both options require materials we can't get anymore and I have used up already when I was leveling hard trying to attempt day 1 raid....this is pretty messed up

It's two days in a row where this issue has prevented us from buying upgrade modules. Today 28th its phaseglass and alkane dust. Bungie what are you thinking?! Was planning on doing the legendary lost sector but I can't level my power.

So they tell us to use the materials before the end of last season and then u can't get modules without them and some peeps think this is an accident on Bungos part? Working as intended. This is not the first day like this since beyond light.
