Europa weapons from variks needs a stasis perk. For all variks weapons, yes?

They need stasis burn or stasis perks, or both. Stasis weapons of all kinds are needed. - Scouts need 6 8 10 precision hits in a row to slow a target. Depending on the rof of the scout. - auto's need 10, 20, 30 precision hits in a row to slow a target. Depending on the rof of the auto. The goal is to have them not influence pvp. Etc....
