Now that Triumphs have been Sudo Reset I am trying to get all the ones I've missed. When attempting to get Wisdom of the Witch by getting a Patrol Mission in the Dreaming City I noticed that I wasn't getting any progress at all. I tried one in every area you can get the Patrol Mission and didn't get progress no matter what. I'm unsure if something changed but that was how you got progress with it before I believe.
