Eliksni aren't paracausal at all and they can simply pick up a splinter and shit ice out. Could humanity do the same? Might be time to upgrade the Forces of The City and even put some on Guardian duty.

Idk how far you are into the darkest future, but it sounds like the light leaves Ana so she turns to stasis, I’m betting you don’t need to be a guardian to get power from the darkness. But who knows.

All the fallen we see using stasis all have a shard of the pyrimid on their person, and Eris (despite previously being a Guardian) has to channels stasis through her ahamkara bone So stasis seems to be a usable by non Guardians, but require a physical source for non Guardian users
