Go watch the latest hunter streamer dodge and toss a knife to freeze his opponents is crucible while he taunts them with an emote multiple times before killing them. Where is the: "This new hunter ability is OP" title on the video, you ask? You won't see it because he is a hunter.

You won't see it because he is a hunter.[/quote] The dodge only works on really close range.. so close that you’ll lunge towards the target woth a melee blow instead of shurikans... even Gemini jester hs greater range. Its fun and a nice perk, but aint overpowered as a instant freeze on 32 meters like the warlocks pre patch.

2 uses for a freeze vs instant freeze on one hit= not comparable as they fundamentally function differently.

It's not that op because of how many people that run shotguns in crucible. You got to get close to get a dodge off and you'll probably end up shottied before you throw melee. It's also two ability uses, so that puts some more work to it. Warlock melee even now is honestly a better go to freeze than the combo.

Because it requires you to do two seperate actions not just chuck a melee insta freeze at someone, need to hit 2 shurikens for the freeze, or dodge with someone in range and then hit a shuriken for freeze, they dont record the times theyve been shotgunned from being in range to get that dodge slow in i promise, ive been melted by shotguns more than i could get that dodge slow off, more effective in pve, btw you have to dodge correctly and keep track of your target to hit him with the shuriken, however someone running high mobility might pose an issue just dodging the whole time, id say maybe a seperate cooldown for the aspects affect but not the dodge effect but nit affected with bakris cause thats got a 10s seperate cooldown which is good for pvp, imaging insta teleporting hunters..... Im a hunter main btw and that would be hell🤣🤣🤣

You act like those two separate actions are hard. Hunters have been doing two separate actions on their other classes just fine and hunters are on top of pick rate and win rate. Besides those shurikens are easy to hit people with.

I never said hunter abilities are hard mode but trying to aim at hunters abilities because yours got nerfed which was obviosly the easier to get the freeze on is definitely the way to go lol its quite plain
