I love this exotic submachine but just as the title suggest I wish there was a better way to proc its intrinsic perk more often while maintaining balance and not making it overpowered. I think that getting the bonus after taking arc damage should still be a thing, but what if we could proc arc conductor after getting a precision kill? To make it balanced we could remove the extension to the timer when getting kills while overcharged (since you will proc the perk more often). To summarize this all up, taking arc damage or getting a precision kill with this weapon activates arc conductor for 5 seconds. After the timer is up the weapon returns to its normal state. in order to activate it again rinse and repeat. technically though if you could chain precision kills then you could keep the buff active longer.
