Crown of Tempest should proc from all Arc kills
change crown of tempest so that you can get ability energy energy from all arc kills. With weapons like the new sniper rifle cloudstrike, riskrunner, trinity ghoul, and several other exotics that can spread arc damage to multiple targets, this would come in handy!!

As a warlock main myself I will have to fully disagree with you on that one, it would break the game completely if paired with trinity ghoul. The helmet is fine the way it is.
