Petition to make Coldheart a Stasis Trace Rifle
I mean, it shoots a cold fusion powered laser.
But does arc damage?
Idk I just feel like it would be used more often.

TLDR to everyone who needs to know, cold heart is not litteraly cold, that is simply the fusion that it uses to create the plasma it shoots, arc makes sense here.
