This was our teams 3rd to last run at around 12:40. We had a very clean run up to the boss last stand phase. Immediately after the last stand phase began, one of our teammates (WKE) became bugged and completely frozen for no reason. So 5 of us managed to do as much damage to the boss as possible. As you can see in the clip, the boss ran out of health. The health bar even flashed and showed that we killed it. On top of that, we added up the damage numbers and compared it too a team that beat the raid. We actually barely out performed this team in dps but still lost. In most cases, we might all die, but then we would see the boss die in around 1-2 seconds after the flash occurs on screen. Due to this, our team was unable to gain the new day 1 raid emblem. TBH this was a fun and angering experience and an over all great raid. I just have to say that I am very disappointed in the fact that as a team we managed to kill the boss (even if it was close) and still we lost. Also the fact that the game froze one of our players in place for no reason during the most crucial moment of the 24 hours. I went through hours of grind, trial and error, and other server issues that night only for this to be the out come. I understand if there is a reason for us not to get the emblem but I dont understand how we can lose purely because of either a game bug that freezes players or a wipe mechanic that out weighed the fact that we killed the boss (as you can tell I am a little salty and tired at the moment). I guess my question is, even though I doubt this is possible, is there any way that our raid team can be rewarded for this or is the bug the reason we lost our one chance at this emblem.
