You are not with your players

Bungie you are not in the same headspace as your players. Sunseting, Raid boss, constantly catering to sweat community. Your players are pissed and it shows. You got a 3.5 rating for this dlc and the majority of it was around sunseting. Seriously, Taniks? Again? I can’t imagine a more lack luster raid boss where Cayde is dead and we don’t get his commentary. As for pvp the numbers don’t lie. You’ve got a 33% Increase in crucible and it should be way higher than that. Here’s how to fix it. End sunseting. We don’t care that you find weapon balancing hard. Don’t be a dev then. Period. Stop catering to the sweat community. D2 will never be an esport outside of the odd tournament. Your hit registry and servers just can’t handle it. Those are just a few problems with pvp as a esport. As for the raid boss, get some new ideas. Please.

  • Ok, first off, YOU ALONE do not represent the total community, nor do these toxic forums. Over and over this forum criticize bungie for YOUR mistakes. Oh bungie we don't like taniks, oh bungie we don't like the new raid but we also see no content. With the things you say u see u gotta be blind. The raid was fun, seeing as how I went through it. There is plenty of content and they are being wise to not release it all at once. Giving alot of players time to play through it. As is shown after the raid we got new quests, more story, more weapons. As somehow it's been forgotten let me remind you. PVP is not the focus of this game. Bungie is telling a story through these seasons, so use your ears and listen to it. You might understand only then, why taniks was the raid boss.

    • What exactly does the sweat community have to do with the way Bungie treats pvp? I’ll tell you. Absolutely nothing. Sweats would have never let stasis into PvP for starters. We have too many archetypes of weapons Too many broken cheese weapons. Unbalanced classes/ Abilities peer2Peer servers. And they still have SBMM aka Lobby balancing. Shits broken. If it’s not ever going to be competitive then it shouldn’t have ANY form of SBMM. What do they need it for? It’s not competitive right?

    • They should target the sweat community. They are the ones that play and enjoy the game the most and will spend the most money on it. It makes sense to do that. A 33% increase in crucible is a lot. I play both PvE and PvP and a lot of other players do that too, but some only play for PvE. If there is a 33% increase in PvP, that is a lot because there are a lot of players that despise crucible
