Same here. No cipher, finished quest, still no cipher. 👎

Exotic Cipher's missing I guess Xur saw I already had one & said, "oh u got one already, alright I'll hold onto mine. Thanks for the 22 strikes." I restarted my application, checked both postmaster & inventory, checked to see if I still have the completed quest to screen shot & email to Bungie support as evidence. No luck, & I have digressed the idea that I'll be getting one in return for the trouble. Please fix this problem for other players, need extra Exotic Cipher's to be sent either inventory or Postmaster. I

Me too, I also have same problems with you. When I discover this problem, I want to Kadi 55-30 in The Tower in order to reclaim the missing Exotic Cipher but fail. I was feel disappoint because the extra items will always reappear in postmaster, including the important items. I hope Bungie will resolve this problem and refund the missing Exotic Cipher to me. Please.

Similar thing happened to me. I had the Xenology quest on my Warlock but visited Xur with my Titan. The quest turned itself in and I got nothing, presumably because I had a Cipher in my Vault. But I figured it would simply "not redeem," let alone automatically, if the Cipher in my Vault was a problem. Just like when you have an Exotic armor piece equipped and try to equip another one. Game simply won't let you but it doesn't throw anything away. Then I learned that one of the Triumphs also rewards an Exotic Cipher so I've apparently lost TWO now due to the one in my Vault. This was NOT explained to players well at all! Of course, I can't even pick up a new Xenology question from Xur. So basically got screwed all the way around.

I turned in each triumph and lost all 3 that way. I also turned in the quest to get one from xur and lost it. It's a dumb broken system they have going on. Why limit the carry to 1? Bungie is good at making people mad these days...
