Stasis freeze ranging from 3-2 seconds depending on tier of resistance you have. 3 seconds for less than tier 1, 2.8 seconds for tier 2, 2.5 for tier 5, 2.2 seconds for tier 8, 2 seconds for tier 10, etc... This would simultaneously balance stasis perfectly whilst finally making resistance as good of a stat as mobility and recovery. Coldsnap grenade could be a little slower still though..
