no time to explain???
help...what can i do when i have done no time to explain challenge 3 times and not gotten it yet.?someone??

Hey there. NTTE only comes with the deluxe or standard+season pass bundle edition. Did you purchase either of those? If you did not purchase either of those and/or got the season pass separately, you will unfortunately not be able to acquire the pulse at this time. They’ll likely add it to the loot pool at a later date, so keep a look out.
