Yall are some cry babies. Get better golden gun a stasis before your frozen I mean jeez you get 1 maybe 2 supers per match. Learn to evolve and beat it . But no all yall do is wahhh wahhh my butt hurts

Being honest, once you leave it and play some other great games it makes you suddenly realise why you stopped playing, way to many great gaming experiences to stick to a mediocre game with shallow content drops. The game has serious potential but after years of never delivering ive now given up. Sunsetting and removing paid content, then stating they would bring new and powerful gear, then to just bring the exact same gear back was the last straw for me, if any other game just removed content there would be uproar.

i'm a mostly crucible player. and they don't focus on crucible so i tend not to buy their expansions/dlc recently. Stasis is cancerous so i played a little crucible but it doesn't really thrill me. Destiny isn't fun to me so i just stopped playing. Like if they don't focus on crucible, which they don't, I'm rarely gonna be enthused about Destiny. It's just the way it is. I'm not big on the pve, i don't care about reading lore. Hell i even tried to watch some of Aztecross do the raid today but i got bored after 15 minutes.So at this point even first day of a raid is a yawn for me. i used to play daily, but i'm really noticing a shift. But hey it's like an addiction passing. so that's good. And i've been hyped for cyberpunk so that's what i'm waiting for.

It’s impossible to remain engrossed in a game when it’s developers don’t share your passion or enthusiasm for it. I think it should be blatantly obvious to anybody now that Bungie don’t have the love or dedication for the game required to continue to improve and grow it. This expansion proves that. Phoned in, paint-by-numbers, barebones, and obnoxiously overpriced. Seriously, D2s art and sound design departments have been carrying this game for years now. They’re the only people at Bungie that have been consistently pushing out true AAA content with every release since D1 day 1

Taken King was the greatest era

It's a game we play for more then 6 years now. It's more then normal to lose interest here and there. I don't really believe that everyone was able to enjoy it 6 years straight without ups and downs. If it's not fun to you take a break.

There's no light at the end of the destiny tunnel :| The art is always amazing, but the story and gameplay content is lacking. I wish they had held off on trying to release.

I’m so glad I didn’t buy the most expensive version of beyond light with all the seasons. A week in and I’m bored. It’s the same repetitive grindy shit as always.

It’s upsetting...I’m there with ya. I have some D1 guys I still play with and we talk about it all the time. We used to rush to the Xbox to get on a little earlier to screw around in the cosmodrome, go hit up the loot cave, run some raids and hit up crucible. We laughed and had a blast at some of the cheesy fun weapons we had and the awesome strikes. Grinding for better gear but it was enjoyable and memories were definitely made at 3am running the crota raid and VOG. Screamed like a child when Vex Mythoclast dropped my first time doing VOG and I got my Gjallahorn doing Crota. In D2 it slowly became more and more tedious as the DLCs came and how the content became lacking. It just didn’t have that wow fun factor the further we got in D2. It went from excitement jumping on trying to figure out what we were gonna do tonight...to now it sometimes feel like a chore. We now spend time trying to figure out how much time we have to dedicate to an activity that’s grindy and boring....now with the sunset of weapons and the absolute lack of things to do. We log on and just sort of talk and run around Europa just going through the motions of killing adds and laughing at how horrible crucible is. Idk it could be the game lost that initial wow factor because it’s not so new anymore or what. This is entirely my opinion btw but the game feels more like something you do when your bored and then you jump on...and get bored after about an hour. Strike mechanics and bosses are soooo boring. I don’t even jump into the strike playlist now unless it’s for a bounty etc. idk where I’m going with this post but I feel you. The game is starting to lose that drive and desire I used to have for it. It’s starting to get easier to get off the game early and get on later. The sunsetting really really hurt. Especially when I get the same weapons they took away in a drop at a higher light level...I could be wrong but I was super confused when I got a weapon that was sunset at a higher light level cap. Really??? I had to re grind to get the same thing?? Other great games are coming out too and I find myself not wanting to get off my current game to play destiny... Just a confused and upset post from a sad and humble guardian...but yeah. I feel you :(
