I was just looking to give my feedback on the very same thing. I absolutely love the new stasis abilities and was having a blast with them in pve and especially pvp and the warlock was my favorite. I realized it was over top and expected some kind of nerf, but was immensely disappointed to see not only the warlock get a significant nerf, but the entire subclass. This actually make stasis far less interesting and defeated the entire purpose of stasis abilities, and because locks got a double nerf (the subclass as a whole and the warlocks in particular) I find the entire experience very unsatisfying now.
I am not sure why bungie decided to go with mega nerf rather then incremental, as it is the lock stasis abilities no hold anything in place long enough to be effective, and since stasis does almost no damage, I find the whole thing useless on a lock. I also found the 50% reduction in range of the melee was extra disappointing , maybe if it tracked like the titan charge or hunters melee it would be better. Finally, why did you only nerf the warlock, I get punched off of every map by a titan and have no doge or ability to save myself, and the hunter super wipes out entire teams in control. We did a match against 6 stasis hunters and it was a slaughter.
This is what I want to see come back, first ,the stasis needs to be closer to 3sec, second, without tracking it makes no sense to nerf the lock melee to 16m, move it back to 28 or give it tracking, third, nerf the titan punch so it cant launch player more than a couple of meters, where as right now it can send us 20 or more, lastly the hunter supper is OP and there is no way to escape it, we need some kind of survivability.
