I have an exotic cipher in my inventory, and the Monument to Lost Lights exotic archive is blinking telling me to spend it... but all the exotics require Ascendant Shards now, instead of Exotic Ciphers. I can't find any patch notes for this change. Is this a bug or intentional?? Also, Xur won't give me a new quest for this week.
